STEP 05 OF 6Compound phase

The part everyone else sells first, we do last.

Ads, landing pages and enquiry forms. This is what most agencies lead with, and it is the fifth of six things we do — because it only works when everything in front of it is already true.

We call this step Conversion. You can call it enquiries.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY DOSTEP 05
  • Campaigns built for one specialty at a time, not the whole hospital
  • Landing pages that answer the question the patient actually arrived with
  • Tracking from the first click through to an appointment that happened — not just a form filled
  • Paid defence of your own consultants' names, so aggregators cannot intercept your referrals
  • An honest report on which patients came from where, including the ones marketing cannot claim

Why order matters here

Send paid traffic to a practice whose doctors nobody can verify, and you buy a patient once at a price that does not repeat. Turn the spending off and it stops the same afternoon, having built nothing. Do the first four pillars and the same spend converts better, costs less, and leaves something behind.

The number that misleads you

In most specialist practices, a large share of the enquiries a campaign takes credit for are patients who were already referred to you and filled in the form while checking you were real. The report counts them as wins. The practice increases spending. Nothing actually changed.

If this is skipped

Nothing breaks. That is the point. Many practices do very well on the first four pillars alone, and we will tell you if you are one of them.
