Healthcare marketing agencies in India, measured.
These are the firms selling directly to doctors and hospitals. Twelve of them, named, with the same four figures pulled on the same day.
We compete with every firm below. No affiliate arrangement, no referral fee, no paid placement, and none of them was contacted about this page. Our own row is included and it is the weakest on the table.

The finding: they are invisible in search, and it is deliberate.
Twelve agencies whose entire business is marketing to Indian doctors, and 559 organic visits a month between them. One of them ranks for nothing whatsoever.
This is not incompetence. It is a different model. Their acquisition runs through Instagram, paid social, cold outreach and referral — channels where a doctor does not go looking for them; they arrive in his feed.
The consequence for a hospital: if you choose an agency by searching for one, you will not meet any of these firms. You will meet generalists.
When to hire one of them instead of us.
- If you want everything from one supplier. Several of these firms do design, print, events, video production and campaign management. We do not. If consolidating vendors matters more than depth, choose one of them.
- If you need activity this month. A paid social campaign can be live in a week. Our work compounds over quarters and we will say so in the first call.
- If your problem is a specific elective procedure with decided demand. Dental implants, hair transplants, LASIK, orthodontics. Paid acquisition genuinely works there, and a campaign shop will run it better and cheaper than we would.
- If you are in a city where proximity decides your searches. Some of these firms are very good at Google Business Profile work, which is the only thing that competes in a map result.
What to ask any of them, including us.
- “Show me a Physician schema example you have built that validates.” It either validates or it does not.
- “Open the results page for one of my searches and tell me whether it is map-decided or content-decided.” If they cannot do it live in the meeting, they have not done the work.
- “If I asked you to guarantee walk-ins, what would you say?” The right answer involves the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act 1954 and Regulation 6.1, and the fact that the registration at risk is yours, not theirs.

What this table does not measure: revenue, headcount, client results, retention or quality of work. Organic traffic measures one thing — how findable a firm is through search — and several firms here have deliberately built their business elsewhere. Treat a low row as a description of channel strategy, not of competence.
We will republish this quarterly, including when it stops flattering us.
Scope. Marketing analysis by a non-clinician. No clinical content. No firm named here is accused of any wrongdoing; where this page discusses regulation it describes what the law prohibits, not what any particular firm does.
Ask us the three questions. We will answer them in the first call.
And if one of the firms above is a better fit for what you need, we will say which one and why.
