Pontem One works on healthcare and nothing else. Not healthcare as one of twelve industries on a services page — only healthcare, in two countries, for hospitals and clinics and consultants.
That is a deliberate limit. It means we have read both advertising codes, we know what a medical review actually involves, and we do not have to be taught the difference between a diagnosis and a procedure.
We cannot field twenty people. We do not do television, events or public relations. If you want everything from one supplier, a large agency is the right choice and we will say so.
We also cannot take fifty clients at once. The work needs your consultants' time and ours, and there is a limit to how many practices one team can do that properly for.
The person who writes your strategy is the person who does the work. Nothing is handed to a junior after the pitch.
We have read the advertising codes of both countries end to end — most agencies have read a summary. When we get something wrong, we publish the correction as prominently as the original. There are several on our site.
And we turn work down. If your problem is capacity or your telephone, we will tell you, and not invoice for saying so.
